Selah.......

Selah is my favorite Christian Music artist and I am listening to them constantly here lately. As a matter of fact, their Greatest Hymns CD is playing in my laptop CD player as I type. I'm on my lunch hour and have been staying in while I have been fasting. Though I am done with the 30 days, I'm still in a major health eating mode. Tim is out of town today so I just decided to blog and have some of my favortie Cashew Ginger Carrot soup and some raw carrots. Yummy!

Just wanted to say thanks to the Lord for this side of the fast.....this side of a rough season!!!!!
